Yoga’s not easy, a yoga practice takes time and dedication. There’s a lot of hard work and sweat that goes into an Ashtanga practice but what you get from the end of a class is worth every last bit of effort and commitment.
Ashtanga is something you first have to become familiar with, you need to repeat the set sequence of poses in order to memorise this particular style, then you have to practice, practice, practice until you master each pose and then each series. Its frustrating at times, you have to overcome both mental and physical barriers but with perseverance you are rewarded with a strong healthy body and a focused mind, with the ability to deal with life’s stresses in a balanced fashion.
