This class is for those completely new to Yoga or have completed An Intro to Yoga course.
Expect to flow through a series of poses aimed at physically preparing the practitioner for a traditional Ashtanga class. The main focus for beginner’s is to become familiar with the practice, to stretch safely and effectively and to strengthen the body. Full demonstration is given throughout the class and each session ends with a deep guided relaxation which leaves a true state of bliss.
